When attending a Reconnective Healing Session, Personal Reconnection or Reflexology Session, it is important to keep the following in mind:
Clothing:
Wear comfortable clothes, appropriate for the season. Keep in mind that you will be resting face-up (shoes off) on a padded table during your sessions.
Jewellery:
All jewellery is fine, as long as it is comfortable for you to wear during your sessions.
State of Mind:
During your sessions it is not necessary and, in fact not recommended, that you meditate or attach to any specific outcome. Be receptive to the experience, knowing that you are participating in a positive and exciting process intended to give you exactly what you need at this time.
Session Times and Fees:
Reconnective Healing sessions typically last about an Hour and 1-3 sessions are usually recommended. £45
The Personal Reconnection is always facilitated in two sessions, ideally on 2 consecutive days, please allow between 1 - 1½ Hours for each of the 2 appointments. 333 Euros (approximately £220 depending on daily exchange rate)
Reflexology sessions usually last about 1 Hour and 15 Minutes and number of sessions usually depend on your goals and current state of health. £35
