I was born and raised in South Africa. I have also lived in California in America and I have been living in the UK for 13 years – 8 years in London, 4 years in Edinburgh, Scotland and now living in the lovely location of Ascot in Berkshire.
Every one of these beautiful places has introduced me to a diverse network of teachers and unique individuals that have each, in their own beautiful way, contributed like a rich tapestry to the person that I have become and the knowledge and experience that I have attained. And the rest is down to Grace.
I have been working in the field of Holistic Health for over a decade, although, on reflection, I realize I have really been “involved”, unknowingly, since childhood.
The turning point for me came through an experience long ago in London that ignited something powerful within me and I knew from that day that I was changed and I could never go back. I was aware, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that I had natural healing abilities and that it was my life’s work to empower others to activate their full potential.
I trained as a Reflexologist for 13 months in London with the Bayly School of Reflexology and I qualified in April 1998. I have been an accredited practicing member of the British Reflexology Association ever since and I have seen wonderful things happen in my time doing this work.
I also pursued the path of Reiki to enhance my natural healing abilities, in the most traditional style possible, with world renowned teacher and author Tanmaya Honervogt in Devon. I went on to become a Reiki Master in the Usui tradition after a year of mastership training and attained a 2nd Mastership in the Tibetan system a year later. I have taught all levels of Reiki in the traditional Usui System of Reiki Natural Healing as an accredited practicing member of the UK Reiki Federation for a number of years.
I have also completed training in Anatomy and Physiology and Counselling which I have combined in my sessions to provide a holistic view for working with each individual.
Energy and Energy Anatomy have always been my biggest passions and I have been actively studying this for many years. In 2001 I was personally invited to take a Chakra Healing Teaching Programme, with one of my teachers in France, in order to facilitate Chakra Workgroups here in the UK. I have further combined this work with the work of Caroline Myss and created what I consider to be a powerful, experiential and life transforming workgroup mapping the consciousness and creative power behind each Chakra and how this impacts our everyday lives.
Through another series of intricate and divinely planned interventions, I came to the empowering work of Dr. Eric Pearl and Reconnective Healing. In 2004 I completed my studies with Dr. Pearl, who trained me in using higher frequencies to facilitate greater healings. I am also trained to facilitate Personal Reconnections which link an individual’s meridian lines (acupuncture line) back to the axiatonal gridlines that surround the planet. This process greatly accelerates healing and spiritual evolution and is a life changing attunement.
Many people have asked me how Reconnective Healing differs from Reiki. In my experience I have discovered the frequencies of Reconnective Healing to be vastly more powerful and multidimensional. They really do achieve in 1-3 sessions what used to take 12 or many more sessions with Reiki and, in my experience, they empower the client in a completely different way.
While I still have the utmost respect for the discipline of Reiki, it is clear that these frequencies contain a far more comprehensive spectrum of light and information than we have ever had available to us before. The intelligence of these frequencies and the visible way in which they interact with the client during a session is wondrous, allowing me to become ‘the observer and the observed’. Ultimately, it is empowered healing that I am offering and I know that this is the most powerful form of frequency healing available to us on the planet at this time.
My own Personal Reconnection was the most life changing experience I could ever have imagined and I am often astounded at the way in which my consciousness continues to expand. Nothing I have ever encountered can place you on your life path, in touch with a higher part of you, so effectively. I would recommend every person on the planet to commit to their growth and personal evolution, as well as planetary evolution, by having a Personal Reconnection.
